AI and Data Engineer Manager – Building AI & ML

Base Salary €110,000 – €140,000 DOE + Benefits 

TechHeads is currently partnering with a rapidly expanding tech organization to build out its team in Ireland.

This growing company is at the forefront of new AI, MLOps, and Data solutions within their industry globally.

This is a combined position of building new AI products to be rolled out to high-profile clients globally where you will inherit an existing team of Data Engineers.

You will be involved in technical conversations high level, Solution design as you collaborate with architects, team management, product road map and delivery, and some engagement with the end client.

You should have a good technical understanding of Python development, AWS solutions, AI, and any knowledge of MLOps would be a distinct advantage.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent stakeholder management experience both internal and external and comfortable reporting at a C-level while also delivering updates to external clients.

This is an ideal position for an experienced Data professional looking to develop their experience further in an innovative organisation, and design new and exciting Data solutions at a leadership level.

This position is a hybrid in Dublin.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years experience in a leadership position
• Excellent stakeholder manager experience
• Excellent knowledge and experience of building Data Solutions from POC to live production
• Previous experience Python and AWS
• Knowledge of AI and MLOps would be a distinct advantage
• Genuine passion for technology and development and want to contribute to a growing company.

Compensation details:

Base Salary €110,000 – €140,000 DOE
