AI Solutions Lead – Day Rate Contract

6 Months | Hybrid | Ireland

TechHeads is partnering with an established organisation seeking an experienced AI Solutions Lead for an initial 6-month contract.

You will work directly with business stakeholders to identify, prioritise and shape opportunities where AI and automation can deliver measurable business value.

The Role

• Identify and prioritise AI and automation use cases.
• Translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
• Work with AI and technical teams to support delivery.
• Drive adoption and value from AI initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders.

Experience

• Strong AI, automation or technology transformation background.
• Experience translating business requirements into AI/technology solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Experience within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of business processes and technology.
• Confident challenging and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Contract: 6 months initially
• Day Rate: €550 – €650 DOE
• Location: Ireland – Hybrid
• Start: ASAP
