Are you a skilled Data Engineer with experience of Azure Data services looking for your next challenge? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our clients dedicated data reporting and analytics team, working on a greenfield platform to deliver real-time insights. You’ll play a key role in designing and developing scalable data solutions using the latest Databricks and Delta Lake technologies on Azure Cloud.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and optimise robust data pipelines using Spark, Python, and SQL.
• Ingest, transform, and enrich diverse data sources, including structured and unstructured data
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver actionable insights
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance through best practices
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from inception to deployment
• Work in an agile environment with regular code reviews and feedback

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering roles
• Technical Skills:
  • Spark & SQL – hands-on experience designing data pipelines
  • Python – strong programming skills
  • Databricks & Delta Lake – experience with ETL/ELT patterns
  • Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Data Factory, Blob Storage)
• Knowledge of data lake architectures and data warehousing concepts
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices
