TechHeads is excited to offer a new opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing organisation in Dublin.
In this newly created role, you will play a key part in leading multiple projects, working closely with both internal teams and senior external stakeholders across several greenfield projects.
As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for requirement gathering, process mapping, documentation, governance, and supporting the end-to-end delivery of technical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Lead workshops and facilitate discussions to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop process maps and ensure best-practice governance across projects.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to a digital transformation initiative, including multiple greenfield projects, offering a chance to make a significant impact.
- This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced Business Analyst who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to drive business change and innovation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8+ years as a Business Analyst, with a proven track record.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with process mapping, documentation, and governance and compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience working within a regulated environment, understanding the complexities and compliance requirements involved.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodology, with the ability to apply Agile principles and practices effectively in project settings.
- Comfortable and productive working in a hybrid model, balancing remote and on-site work as required.
Compensation details:
Base Salary €70,000 – €80,000 DOE plus benefits
