We are searching for a passionate and driven DevOps Cloud Engineer to join our client on a pharmaceutical manufacturing project.

 

We are seeking a talented individual to join this Next-Generation team, where you will be instrumental in implementing and deploying a ground-breaking cloud-based Manufacturing Execution System across our global sites. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a worlds 1st pharmaceutical solution.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive the deployment and implementation of a cloud-based Manufacturing Execution System, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Utilise your expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for administration and application deployment.
  • Leverage your strong Azure cloud experience to enhance the infrastructure.
  • Implement and manage DevOps practices and tools, including ArgoCD, to streamline the development and deployment processes.
  • Apply your deep Kubernetes knowledge to address networking, security, scalability, and monitoring challenges.
  • Utilise core Kubernetes tools such as kubectl, ingress, helm, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Work with a variety of DevOps tools, including Chef, Terraform, Jenkins, PowerShell, Groovy, and Python.
  • Contribute to software development using Git/Bitbucket, Java, and Go.
  • Solve functional and non-functional problems with initiative and a proactive approach.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, taking ownership of end-to-end solution implementation.
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams, demonstrating strong communication skills.

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Strong Azure cloud experience.
  • Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools, particularly ArgoCD.
  • In-depth technical Kubernetes knowledge (networking, security, scalability, monitoring).
  • Hands-on experience with core Kubernetes tools (kubectl, ingress, helm, Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Chef, Terraform, Jenkins, PowerShell, Groovy, Python).
