We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our clients dedicated data reporting and analytics team, working on a greenfield platform to deliver real-time, meaningful insights. You’ll play a key role in designing and developing scalable data solutions using the latest Databricks and Delta Lake technologies on Azure Cloud.

What You’ll Be Doing

✔️ Designing and developing real-time data pipelines using Spark, Python, and SQL
✔️ Managing and orchestrating structured and unstructured data across multiple sources
✔️ Collaborating with data consumers (reporting, analytics, and data science teams) to provide insightful metrics
✔️ Setting best practices for data lakes and data governance to ensure data integrity and efficiency
✔️ Supporting the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment
✔️ Working in an Agile environment and participating in peer code reviews

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Experience: 4+ years in software enterprise-level Data Engineering
🔹 Expertise in Big Data – data lakes, large-scale processing, and cloud-based architectures
🔹 Technical Skills:

• Spark & SQL – hands-on experience designing data pipelines
• Python – strong programming skills
• Databricks & Delta Lake – experience with ETL/ELT patterns
• Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Data Factory, EventHub, EventGrid) – preferred
• Experience with NoSQL databases and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM) is a plus
