Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join a small, yet ambitious marketing team, where you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a new marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to take the reins in a company poised for success, bringing your expertise to a thriving organisation.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, sales, and product departments to develop and implement a B2B lead generation marketing strategy aimed at driving revenue growth. This will encompass, SEO, Content Marketing, Webinars, Social Media, PPC, Email marketing, and Google Analytics 4.

The ideal candidate will have a background in SAAS Product marketing, coupled with demonstrable experience in team leadership and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and developing the overall lead generation strategy to fill the sales funnel in the most cost- effective way
  • Leverage digital channels to promote the business and drive lead generation and
  • Working with the marketing team to implement marketing plans proactively across all channels including SEO, email marketing, social media, webinars, global events and unearth new marketing channels .
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Live and breathe marketing analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and work closely with other teams to achieve goals.
  • Plan and manage industry leading content including video, whitepapers, eBooks, customer success stories, website information and news stories working with our marketing team and external specialists.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Required:

  • Third-level degree, ideally in Marketing or Digital Media
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation.
  • Experience planning and implementing a marketing strategy and delivering projects on time.
  • Strong communication and experience in managing a team.
  • Experience within a financial services or SaaS organisation would be advantageous.

Compensation: 

Base Salary: €70,000 – €80,000
