React.JS Full Stack Engineer – Remote

Techheads is partnering with a remote first scaling and innovative organization where you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects with some of the leading names in technology.

This is a new addition to their mid-sized team due to their continued success and growth. This position is for a Senior Full-stack Engineer looking to thrive in an innovative environment where you will have full visibility of the product lifecycle, contributing to end-to-end development.

In this role you will work with a modern tech stack fully hosted on AWS, this is a Full stack Software Engineer position seeking ReactJS and NodeJS or Python on the backend.

You will work closely with product teams to develop new features that address user needs and align with business goals. Additionally, you’ll provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, cultivating a culture of growth and innovation. Your contributions to the design process will ensure our solutions are both functional and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the  architect, design, and develop scalable software components within a microservices architecture using Node.js.
• Responsible for  developing ReactJS-based components with a focus on applying Design Thinking principles.
• Serve as a domain expert, guide the engineering team, and introduce new technologies relevant to development needs.
• Responsible for mentoring junior developers, sharing knowledge in Node.js, ReactJS, and AWS as well as cross-functional collaborating

Requirements:

• 6 + years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer, with Node.js and ReactJS. Experience with Python software development is a bonus.
• Proficiency in AWS services, with experience deploying and managing applications in the cloud.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architectures and RESTful API design principles.
• Candidate must currently be located in Ireland and hold an EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: €80,000 – €90,000 DOE
