Senior Automation Engineer – Java and RestAPI’s

Join a leading financial services organisation as they expand its testing division. We’re currently in search of an experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join a growing team. In this role, you’ll take charge of developing new automation testing scripts for both back-end QA and Automation Testing.

In this role, you will design, develop, and implement innovative test automation solutions within our growing department utilizing Java, Cucumber, RestAPI’s, and Kafka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and update automation frameworks with a focus on backed and Rest API automation.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and provide support to junior team members through code reviews and task management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience delivering QA Automation solutions using Java
• Proficiency in REST APIs, ideally with experience in Rest Assured.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions.
• Applicants must currently reside in Ireland and hold and EU Passport!

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: €75,000 – €90,000 DOE + Benefits package
