Senior Business Analyst – CRM & Transformation – Remote First

Salary €85,000 – €95,000 DOE

TechHeads is partnering with a growing technology organisation undergoing a significant business systems and process transformation. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst who can take genuine end-to-end ownership of projects – from identifying the problem and defining requirements through to implementation, rollout and adoption.

The immediate priority will be a CRM transformation, moving existing processes from Excel into new CRM, followed by wider BI, data and business process improvement initiatives.

This is not a narrow requirements-gathering BA position. You will work in a lean, fast moving environment where you will be expected to identify problems, take ownership and drive solutions through to completion.

The Role:

• Review and map existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead the business side of a CRM implementation, working closely with an external implementation partner.
• Map and improve lead-to-cash processes, workflows and business requirements.
• Take projects from discovery and requirements through implementation, UAT, rollout, training and adoption.
• Work across Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Finance and other business functions.
• Following the CRM implementation, support the selection and rollout of a BI solution.
• Proactively identify further process, systems and automation opportunities across the business.

Required: 

• 7+ years’ Business Analysis / Business Transformation experience.
• Strong CRM implementation or transformation experience
• Experience with lead-to-cash processes.
• Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and process improvement experience.
• Proven experience taking initiatives end-to-end rather than owning one individual workstream.
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior stakeholders and third-party implementation partners.
• Enough technical understanding to work effectively across systems, integrations and data.
• A proactive, autonomous mindset – comfortable identifying what needs to be done and driving it forward.
• Experience within a SaaS, technology or lean/fast-growth organisation would be particularly relevant.

Salary: €85,000 – €95,000 DOE
