Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
  • Actively engage with customers and market stakeholders via workshops, focus groups, and 1-1 sessions to deeply understand their challenges, workflows, and needs.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to serve as their advocate during the product development process.
• Requirements Gathering:
  • Capture and document detailed business and technical requirements.
  • Prioritize and refine customer needs into well-structured Epics, Features, and User Stories that align with business objectives.
• Backlog Engagement:
  • Maintain a clear and transparent product backlog.
  • Prioritize work for the agile development team, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and customer value.
  • Continuously refine backlog items with input from customers, stakeholders, and the development team.
• Collaboration with Development Teams:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers, stakeholders, and the agile team.
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure the team delivers value consistently.
  • Provide clarity to developers on requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Keep internal and external stakeholders informed about product updates, roadmaps, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and product delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, or similar role in a SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working with development teams in an agile setting.
• Exceptional ability to gather, analyse, and prioritize customer requirements, translating them into actionable development tasks.
• Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and customer meetings confidently.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing, Pharma or Medical Device industries, is highly desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, DevOps, Azure or similar platforms for backlog creation, management and collaboration
• .Net, Web Services, HTML, XML experience is a nice to have
• Education, Professional Qualifications:
  • BSc Computer Science or equivalent
  • Agile certification
  • Microsoft certification a bonus
