Business Analyst – Technical Integrations

Permanent | Hybrid (3 days per week) | Dublin

We’re looking for a client-facing Business Analyst who enjoys working directly with customers and shaping how solutions are delivered.

This role is all about understanding what clients actually need (not just what they ask for). Assessing impact, translating that into clear solutions, and driving it through to delivery with engineering.

You’ll have real ownership across the process, from client conversations → solution design → Jira tickets → delivery, working on complex data and integration challenges in a modern platform environment and collaborating closely with technical teams.

Required:

• BA experience in financial services
• Exposure to data, integrations, or APIs
• Comfortable in a client-facing role
• Able to translate requirements into clear deliverables

€65,000 – €80,000 + benefits

• Must be based in Ireland (Stamp 4 / EU passport)
