We will discuss and agree on the outline of the role, requirements and expectations provided by your organisation/hiring manager

We will conduct an initial assessment on available talent as well as passive candidates within our network

We will present the strongest qualified and fully vetted candidates for review

We will co-ordinate and prepare shortlisted candidates as required

We will manage and assist in final selection and offer presentation, contract review and complete the offer process
