Principal Engineer – Remote Working, Technical Ownership, €115,000 Salary DOE

TechHeads has partnered with an exciting Irish technology company to present a new remote working opportunity for a Principal Engineer based in Ireland. You will be joining an SME where you will have full visibility and significant influence on the product development lifecycle.

In this role, you’ll guide engineers and influence design architecture while staying hands-on in coding and development in a cloud-native environment. You will work with a tech stack including Node.JS, React, AWS and cutting-edge AI technologies. Allowing you to work with the latest in tech as you drive the development and scaling of a suite of robust SaaS products.

You will be joining an employee-focused company that allows for remote working and technical influence. Providing you with an opportunity to work in with in collaborative and flexible environment.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with experience in leadership roles.
• 3+ years Node.js experience.
• Experience with microservices and AWS environments.
• Understanding of web security principles and CI/CD processes.
• Currently residing in Ireland, with an EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: €100,000 – €115,000 DOE
