SAP Product Owner / COE Manager (S/4HANA) – Up to €120k DOE

We’re working with a major organisation undergoing a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, looking to hire a Product Owner / SAP COE Manager to lead the next phase of their journey.

This is not a traditional SAP Manager role, it’s a transformation-led position focused on building a modern, product-led SAP function and driving real business value.

You’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a best-in-class SAP Centre of Excellence, shaping how SAP is delivered across the organisation and moving from a project-based model to a product-led, agile shared services environment.

The Role:

• Build and lead a high-performing SAP S/4HANA Centre of Excellence
• Define and own a business-aligned roadmap and prioritised backlog
• Drive adoption by positioning SAP as a trusted, value-driven platform
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the business
• Implement modern, agile delivery models to improve speed to value
• Lead and develop teams, driving a shift to product-led ways of working
• Ensure governance, standards, and operating models are fit for scale

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in SAP environments (S/4HANA highly desirable)
• Background in Product Owner / Product Lead / Transformation roles
• Experience building or transforming COE / shared services functions
• Strong track record in roadmap ownership and value delivery
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption
• Experience transitioning organisations to agile / product-led models
• Comfortable leading technical teams without needing deep hands-on SAP expertise

Salary: €95,000 – €120,000 DOE + excellent benefits

Candidates must be based in Ireland and hold a Stamp 4 visa or EU passport
