Techheads is partnering with a dynamic organisation that is rapidly expanding its team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team at the forefront of their growth division.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Client-Facing Solution Architect with deep expertise in gathering requirements from existing customers and then designing new solutions based on the client’s requirements.

This is both a technical and functional position where you will work primarily in the Java and AWS tech stack delivering new solutions to an existing client – this is NOT a presales position as you will work with an existing dedicated customer.

The ideal candidate will drive innovation by developing cutting-edge solutions for enterprise-scale organizations, ensuring they stay ahead of new legislation and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Innovative Solutions: Design and implement proof-of-concepts (POCs) and innovative solutions tailored to the financial services industry.
• Client Engagement: Actively engage with existing clients to gather their requirements and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience: Over 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect with a proven track record in end-to-end solution delivery.
• Client-Facing Skills: Demonstrated experience interacting directly with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering impactful solutions.
• Specialized Knowledge in Solution architecture coming from a hands-on software engineering background, ideally Java.

Compensation and Benefits: Salary: €110,000 – €130,000 DOE
