TechHeads is excited to bring you a new opportunity for a Python-focused Tech Lead to join a fast-growing product company based in Ireland to help shape next generation AI-enabled applications. This role will allow you to combine technical leadership with hands-on development in a modern cloud environment.

You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to design robust, scalable systems and mentor developers in a growing team. This position offers real influence over architecture, tooling, and best practices, with the opportunity to work on meaningful AI-powered solutions used at scale.

You will work with Python and Node.JS based services, modern frontend frameworks, and AWS cloud infrastructure, while staying close to emerging AI and data technologies. Allowing you to work with cutting edge technology as you apply your expertise to guide scalable projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a technical leadership based role
• 7+ years’ experience in software development with strong Python expertise
• Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS preferred)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding principles
• Based in Ireland with an EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa
