Website Product Owner – High-Impact Role, Flexible Working, Day Rate Contract

TechHeads is seeking an experienced Website Product Owner to join a well-established Irish organisation based in Dublin. This role will focus on the redesign and delivery of the company’s website products, providing an excellent opportunity to apply and further develop your web product and user experience expertise.

In this position, you will be responsible for defining and delivering an end-to-end strategy to modernise the organisation’s suite of websites, which are accessed by a national audience on a daily basis. You will work with modern CMS and analytics tools as well as cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and key business stakeholders to enhance user experience, introduce new digital features, and ensure the successful delivery of a major website transformation programme.

This is a high-ownership role where you will have the autonomy to shape product direction and influence key decisions as part of a significant digital modernisation initiative.

The position operates on a flexible hybrid working model, with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote per week, offering a strong balance of collaboration and flexibility while working on a high-impact digital product.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in project management/ownership focused positions
• 4+ years experience designing UX-focused digital strategies.
• Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years experience with web analytics tools such as Hotjar and Google Analytics.
• Candidates must currently be located in Ireland and hold an EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
